Juan has held his real estate broker-associate license for more than a quarter of his four decades-plus in South Florida. Throughout his professional pursuits, Juan’s career seems to have steered him to his calling as a REALTOR®. Prior to entering real estate, Juan spent five years servicing loans for a major lending institution, specializing in short sales and foreclosures. Beyond selling real estate, his expertise includes structuring the best financing options for his clients.

 

Juan knows Miami. He was born and raised in Miami and is especially familiar with neighborhoods ranging from Coral Gables to Miami Beach and the Upper East Side. In his current role with The Batchelor Team, Juan focuses on listing and selling luxury homes and condos.
