1.- the owners have a restriction to stay in the unit 30 days a year. These days can be continuous or separated by seasons. No blackout dates.
2.- the owners Will need to pay a fee of 10% of the nightly rate at the moment they stay in the unit.
3.- all units on the 2nd floor have balconies. Junior suites units view is to I95 and one bedroom units view is to 3ERD avenue.
4.- the owner of the unit can refer a guest and they Will receive the commission for that client.
